Rustico il Poggio

Surrounded by the panoramic view of Le Marche, at about 4,5 km from the little town of Pergola (app. 7000 inhabitants), you will find the beautiful house named 'Rustico il Poggio'.

This house, which is positioned in front of the Monte Catria and the Monte Acuto, at an altitude of 450 meters, is build almost entirely out of natural stones.

It offers a spectacular view of the surrounding hills and on a clear day even of the Adriatic sea, which provides it with a nice sea-breeze on hot days.

The house offers three holiday apartments named: Il Colonello, La Fenice and La Stalla. Every apartment has its own private entry and terrace. The house also has a swimming pool with a large shared terrace and it is also equipped with a communal room that can be used for teaching/taking courses.
